FEATURED PROJECT:
CARNIVAL OF INK
Learn the art of relief printing and get your hands dirty with Shoua Yang of Ceev Tseg Press. Print designs feature the rich Hmong heritage with a blend of American pop culture, portraying narratives mostly seen through a binary lens. Try out a few different printing techniques such as the tortilla press or the barron press and take home fun prints on paper. You will also have a chance to get a free tote bag with an Artspire image designed by Shoua and printed on site with an etching press.
This engagement is supported by the Arts Midwest GIG Fund, a program of Arts Midwest that is supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, with additional contributions from the Wisconsin Arts Board.
