Artspire Public Art Project
This project includes three works that were submitted, juried, and selected for display at La Crosse City Hall until June 2018. The three selected works will be unveiled Saturday, June 10 in the Pump House Kader Gallery.

People’s Flag of La Crosse
La Crosse artists, from professional to middle school students, submitted flag designs to be considered for the People’s Flag of La Crosse. The final flag design was selected via an online voting process and will be unveiled on the Brickl Bros Stage, Saturday, June 10, 2:00 pm.

Hear, Here Poetry Readings
Hear, Here, an oral history project chronicling stories from downtown La Crosse, presents a series of poetry readings, selected via a poetry contest, featuring original poems that give voice to personal and/or public histories, or that engage downtown La Crosse landmarks or events. 1:00-1:15 pm Riverside Park; 1:30-1:45 pm Pearl Street, downtown La Crosse; 3:15-3:30 pm Awards Ceremony, Brickl Bros Stage.

Chalkfest 2017
La Crosse Arts Initiative’s Street Chalk Competition. Cash prizes are awarded and registration is free and open to the public. Contact Mike Martino at Winners announced at 3:15 pm on the Brickl Bros Stage.

Mississippi Steamroll 12:00-4:00 pm
UW-La Crosse Printmakers and the Pump House present a large-scale relief print project. Participants create a woodcut in advance, bring it to the event to be printed onto fabric using an industrial steamroller provided by Strupp Excavating. Participation is open to the public.
