Mississippi Steamroll Demonstration
UW-La Crosse Printmakers and the Pump House present Mississippi Steamroll, a large-scale relief print project. Participants create a woodcut in advance, bring it to the event to be rolled with ink, pressed and printed onto large sheets of fabric using an industrial steamroller. Participation is open to the public. Participation information can be found on the Pump House website:

The Perseverance Print Project
Pump House, La Crosse Are School District, and UW-La Crosse Printmakers present nearly 800 woodcut prints done by La Crosse Area k-12 students on display along the lines of the pedestrian walkway, just east of Pump House. Printing took place at the Mississippi Steamroll event, held this past April in the Pump House/Piggy’s parking lot.
